After spending many years with another snow clearing company, I decided to go with Kodiak even though they were slightly more expensive and so far I am very satisfied with the service. I do like the email to let me know when they are coming through and the ability to track the drivers in my area. I filled out a ticket today as the city plows went through and left the tradition large snow pile at the end of my driveway. With in 20 minutes I received a response from the dispatcher thanking me and informing me that they will pass it to the driver. 15 minutes later, they were clearing the snow for all Kodiak customers in my neighborhood. It has been 8 hours and the other snow clearance customers in the neighborhood still have not been cleared. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating so far is I have had to go out after the driver has been through up to this point and clean up the snow at the end of my driveway because they were 3-4 feet away from the reference picket they placed, reducing the size of the usable driveway. Since I have cleared a defined path, the driver is clearing it with no issues. My suggestion would be to slow down a bit and follow the reference pickets. Good job so far and if we have the same amount of snow as last year as we discussed on the phone, I look forward to not getting an extra bill like I did from the other company.
