I dropped my son off to get his hair cut after 5 months of quarantine with a full head of hair. When he got up and left the store I couldn t believe what I saw. The bald spots , the patches , the unevenness . I was In shock. When we confronted the hairdresser, Cassandra, and asked her why his head was like that she took it to offence and walked away. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding and I was disgusted in the way these people treat their customers when THEIR in the wrong. I should of went to the place beside them .
