Extremely disappointed. Currently staying here and our room wasn't ready at check-in. We were told someone would call when it was ready. That did not happen. A few hours later waited in line again for the keys. Had lunch on the patio to kill time. The food was cold and slow. McDonald's serves higher quality. At $400 a night during a pandemic this is extremely disappointing. This hotel is not ready to be open as their line up at check-in is out the door. Very disappointed we chose this as our summer vacation away. Would not come back.
