I was so impressed by the balance between a professional and personal experience with Janelle. She had the car I was looking for ready upon my arrival. I did not feel pressured at all and felt that I received a fair deal on the trade-in on my car. She was extremely thorough with her explanations. After driving five Camrys I decided to try the Rav4. Janelle listened to my story and advised in a straight forward yet caring manner. I would highly recommend this dealership and this saleswoman.
