I would give it a minus if I could... rude staff if you can find one that doesn't just vacantly stare at you or just find one at all. And just because someone does not grab the receipt does not mean they stole from the store.. I actually had to open my bank app on my phone to prove I had just paid for my items before she would let me leave the store. So what's the point of having the electronic system at the front if it doesn't work. Not coming back.
