I'm going to be brutally honest. The physical property of the hotel is pretty average, the rooms and amenities were certainly nothing special. I was there when the weather sucked so other than being close to the downtown area nothing really special about the location either BUT I would really like to visit when the weather is nice and having the river walk would be (hopefully) beautiful. I'm giving this hotel five stars because the staff was awesome! Super friendly and accommodating! I would stay here every time I go to La Crosse.
