Service was good. The guy that supposed to help me...

Service was good. The guy that supposed to help me was not able to assist me but another dude was there to help me instead. But! They never told me how much the battery cost and it was very expensive. I never got to choose.

I understand that owning a car Can be very expensive.But as a customer I have the right to know what am I buying it for. It can be busy at times, but you failed to inform me.
