I was a very satisfied user of your phones and authorized service, who easily repaired faults that occurred several times, but with several dozen devices it could happen. Unfortunately, they were repaired without any problems until HUAWEI was the sponsor of these repairs, because when the service was at fault, it is already uphill and they wash their hands.
On July 16, 2020, I gave the huawei mate 10pro phone for warranty repair. The line reader module and the audio module have been replaced. Unfortunately, on August 7, 2020, the phone was accidentally flooded with water, so I went to the service as soon as possible, where I counted on quick help. Unfortunately, as soon as I explained that it was about flooding, the service stated that they do not repair the flooded devices and tried to send me to a private service where they repair such faults, without taking into account that it could have been caused by poor assembly during the previous repair. Despite the reluctance of the employee, I submitted a complaint to your service for a poorly performed repair service, because water was clearly leaking from under the back cover (video and photos for inspection), which was replaced due to a defect in the fingerprint reader. 10 August 2020 The service contacted me by phone that the repair is not profitable (PLN 3500) and that I can pick up the phone ... In short, at the time of my reception they had me in their hearts.
