Called after hours thinking I'd leave a message for the service department. Nope, Chris Stubbs answers the phone! Instead of telling me to call back because they were closed, he spoke with me for 10 minutes or more troubleshooting the problems I was having with my treadmill. Saved me the cost of a service appointment and helped me make some good decisions. Glad to see service like this still exists in business today.
