Rosie from DaVinci s customer service was very helpful when it came to the issues with the vape I bought. I didn t really know how to configure the temp controls but rosie really helped me out. She told me that I could use the LED lights to know which temp I could stop at and how even the smallest difference in temp could change the overall flavor of each dosage. Apparently, I could also check the battery levels with the LED lights. It took a while but with rosie s guidance I was able to finally!! make my way around this vape and use it without any additional help
