I live in an area which has a poor line and Telstra has given me absolutely no assistance resolving the line issues. They do not know the meaning of customer service. iiNet, in contrast, gave me a connection to the NBN with courtesy and efficiency and, when I wanted a year's break, placed no obstacles in my path. I will happily come back to iiNet.
