I made a big mistake by opting for POS solution provided by Ultimate. It's been 3 months and we are still struggling to have POS run without errors for our small restaurant business. The team is so incompetent that simple GST computation issue is not resolved over a period of last 3 months since the installation in last month of december inspite of multiple calls and remote access sessions. Tech support guy keep on changing, the promised timeline to have it fixed keep shifting without any solution in the sight. Pathetic service, stay away.
