I've been at Career Source Broward for about a minute now and i've been in the program WTP about 3 times. I have NEVER been to a company whose customer service is the WORST service ever known. My first experience was indeed the best experience i've ever had but my last 2 experiences basically told me they can miss me with their B.S. The fact that the Govt funds a company that doesn't care about their customers, I'm pretty sure in the next couple of years this company will be really trying their best to get even ONE customer back to their company when they have been the ones to chase them away. 2 bad encounters with 2 success coaches who give Career Source Broward the bad name that it already has. What makes it even worst is the fact that the people who are the success coaches are of minority groups and most of the time have allowed higher oppressors to be the reason for their horrible attitudes. Don't get me started on their horrible attitudes. We as customers understand you are human like the rest of us. but in your code of conduct and even in your company trainings, it clearly states to make sure you leave your personal emotions and personal life outside of the work world. These people will literally let their anger out on you and make it seem like you are the one who is the problem, when they aren't even educated in emotional intelligence. YOU ARE A REPRESENTATION OF YOUR COMPANY. At the end of the day, All they care about is direct deposit hitting their accounts and being able to pay their OWN bills when people struggle to get there to the facility and try to get a job so they can continue to pay theirs. Worst place ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. If anything, find small companies that actually care to know you and what can help you and motivate you to do better and not people who practically stereotype you as a lazy not-wanting-change-making excuses- bigot.

WORST PEOPLE EVER THEY DIDN'T HELP MY MOTHER AT ALL!! NOR BOTHER TO ASSIST HER! THEY WHERE EXTREMELY RUDE! AND ALSO THEY GAVE MY MOTHER THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE EVER. WHO GIVES THESE ANIMALS A JOB TO WORK THERE! EVERYONE IN THAT BUILDING NEEDS TO GET FIRED AND SEE HOW THAT FEELS. NOTHING BUT DISRESPECTFUL ANIMALS! THANKS AMERICA!

I like going there even though it's way out my way. They are very helpful and I went to a interview today and got a job offer

The Governor of FL Rick Scott authorized important letter about TRA/TAA, Trade Reajuste Act , but Career Source Coach/ Davie city rejected me petition 4 times give me it to continue studying as my coworkers have now, they are following benefits authorized since
04 /2017 until 04/2019 . I ask you, why they are discrimination to some coworkers there and they don t authorize equal conditions?

Assistant personnel are real helpful and service are multiple.

I don't know how these people in this facility help others find a job. They need to help themselves find another job because their customer service is terrible. No one speaks to you, if you look lost, they pretend they don't see you, everyone is rude, they have the nerve to have this sign on their wall talking about "care for their customers" what a joke. I refuse to deal with facility again. I don't even need a job but I had to come to this facility and be treated as if I NEED their help. There customer service Just motivated me even more to stay employed !

I have only encountered helpful people at this location. Be it with computers, furthering your education or AARP (these are the departments I have dealt with). The programs are there, you just have to be willing to put some of your time into helping yourself. Good Luck to everyone!

I just attended a job fair at this location. I had a huge panic attack while I was there because of the crowd of people. The security guard there, her name is India, was so supportive and amazing. She walked around with me, and was very encouraging. So if you are ever there, please say hi to India. She is an amazing lady. If you see this, Inda, thanks for being so kind to me.

The people there are supposed to help you get a job. But they dont like there jobs they treat people poorly. No customer service starting at the front desk.

I called and called to talk to someone. Everytime i called they just hung up on me

Everyone I met was kind and helpful, especially Gerald. I arrived three minutes after they were open and it was not busy. Plenty of computers.

Horrible place, don't waste your time. The success coach they assigned me was unproffesional with a horrible attitude they forget they supposed to be working to help people succeed instead they treat you like garbage giving the wrong information even if is writing from the career source flayer. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I ask for help and they help me did no finish yet hope tomorrow stil no Collet money for Pandemia yet it is frustante

I loved the workshops taught at CareerSource; very informative.

Been to coconut creek location before. This one blows it out the water. Fast, professional staff. Clean and cool temperature facility. Significantly more space and resources. Keep in mind us veterans can come in anytime with veterans preference. No excuse to not get the help.

Staff are always helpful, courtesy, available workshops, recruiters for job placement.

Person i dealt with really didnt care about helping me kept walking off on me.

The staff and services are well beyond any expectations. They work hard, are dedicated, and go beyond the call of duty to assist in finding employment for people. I am notified for all events and job postings that I show interest in. Emails and phone calls, they keep me informed!

When looking for work this place is there to guide you and help you find work. There are various free classes to take to learn different aspects to help you. The staff is awesome.

This business limits internet searches but it has been a good place to start a career search, apply for jobs, unemployment, food stamps, financial assistance for college, print, fax and much, much more.

To be honest i have no experience because I'm only fifteen years old but i heard that it could really helpful to young teens looking for a job.

Not professional. They just send you to a computer. Well, I have one home. Non of the services were explained. A person can go to the library and get more help. Two people at the front today and neither was helpful. I don't like giving reviews but this was super poor service. We will not have a back. Don't go there. I'm sure they will not mind.

I was trying to print copies of my resume and this female staff employee told me I couldn't do that they limited how much you can print, & start yelling at me instead of being professionally. She disrespect me. It's going to be while I come back here...

Always have computers and specialist available to assist.

Most of the people there are incompetent. They appear to be helpful to you but they are not educated enough two thoroughly answer any questions about how to navigate the computer. Most of the stuff I could have done on my own and my computer at home. But I thought I'd take a visit to Center and person to see what else they have to offer. Most of the jobs in your job bank are very low paying jobs.

Ok not everyone is rude but the ones that are, are very rude. It's as if some of them are clueless as to where to send people and when you explain to them why you are there they just send youaso the " person over there at the computer in the circle"..... um ok, what person and why? Did you even hear why i said i am here? If so then why did you have me waste so much time at a computer when you should have had some one speak to me first? because you didn't want to do your job? Again not all of them are rude, i did receive help after explaining to 5 different people why i was there and i do appreciate that but it really shouldnt have taken all of that

Horrible customer service !!! 2 grown women want to HANDLE a young girl looking for help and advice and they respond with aggressive behavior!!! 2 on one. Way to go !! And Ms Joy Carter yes you are RUDE!!! I will file as many complaints as possible about you and your staffs behaviors !!! I feel sorry for any poor soul that has to encounter you . And as for your comment you people think you can walk in and get your way what does that mean ? You people hmmm . This type of attitude and behavior is unexceptionable!!! I will be following up with Tamika Weaver as well as local representatives and your quality control dept . You have no business dealing with people .

The head supervisor is a bully. She only criticizes everyone who walks through the door. The computers, printers, fax machines etc are so obsolete.

These people don t want to help you find a better job, because they re miserable at their current positions. Success Coaches are there to weed you out of the program so you can help yourself and stop wasting their time. Most of them are rude and unprofessional. I would not go back there.

I'm jut step out today 3-21-2016. They give a computer and I request help A few times and no one help me out, the lady in charge today she say was short of people 12:28 pm

Florida's version of re-employment facility. Helpful staff and all you need if seeking employment.

The best experience I've had going to a Carrer Resource Center. I highly recommend going there if you're seeking Computer Services. A special thanks to Harold for his indebt help and vast knowledge!.

It's what you'd expect from a government facility but I've gotten some good help in finding employment there. Some of the staff really go out of their way to help and some don't seem to care at all. Keep your head up and stay positive.

My name is charidad torres I went to those offices requesting help because my company declared in rt banking and needed help to apply for employment. To my great disappointment I was only attended by people who only spoke English, I asked for help with a person who spoke Spanish and he helped me. Silvia, very kind, thank you very much, but it was not the content of your work, for which the others did not attend me, they did not even take the interest or to look at me to help, only one employee said not Spanish. WITH THE SPANISH LANGUAGE. IF WE ARE ALL THE SAME. In the name of those who are still with the language barrier, they must put trained people to help people like me, I GIVE THEM. A STAR

Mainly, it is "one cannot get help" service. Partialy, govt in FL cut most programs and closed centers. Also, some staff are not helpful to citizens. Broward is a corrupted place too.

I went here the first time and I was trying to upload my resume and the women who work there said they would shred it. They wanted me to come to a resume class I could not. Had my resume done by a professional she stated that would be shredded as well. Your computers systems are terrible, your service is terrible. I am no different then anyone else looking for a job. So I received no assistance from your so called career resource counter. I was referred by a friend and will continue to share my experiences here. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
