Satisfactory experience on the lot. Unsatisfactory service after. We recently obtained a lease for a new Jeep Renegade. Our experience at the dealership was fine. No issues, no challenges. There was a paint issue with our car, it was on the showroom floor and a customer smudge the paint. We were told that would be no issue to fix. I've contacted my salesman, who informed me he would get back to me in a week and I've yet to hear from him. This is a brand new car, one of the fog lights is out and I've had issues with the power on my radio. I will be reaching out to the GM to rectify these issues. I am hopeful that this will happen and that I can update this review with a more positive experience.
