Stayed at Park Hyatt during our first trip to Chic...

Stayed at Park Hyatt during our first trip to Chicago. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. Concierge made sure our taxi was waiting for us for our early AM flight. The room was the nicest I've ever stayed in and the view.....wow!
