I would give a zero if I could. We went for service and had to return because we did not have service contract. The young lady, Mercedes, took info without verifying service contract. When service was done they wanted to charge us. If they would of done there job correctly we would of been notified before service was done of issues with contract. We have two Chevy s and they have lost our business. Bad customer service is a deal breaker in any situation.
