I wish I could have left no stars. This location is absolutely terrible. When we arrived for our reservation, we got pointed to our table instead of brought over and seated. We sat for 20 minutes being ignored by the staff, even though they stared at us as we sat and waited. Finally had to approach a waitress and ask if we could get water or someone to acknowledge us, with a brief "yes, okay" only to wait another 15 minutes being ignored once again while they seated and served 3 other groups who came after us. Yet again had to find a waitress, this time to ask for a manager, who never appeared. Went to the to-go side where he was and finally got to speak to him, explained what happened, and when we wanted compensation for being treated poorly, he wasn't willing to accommodate our request, gave us an awkward silence, and then we left and went across the street to Shoeless Joe's where we were quickly seated and served right away. 0 out of 5 stars, do not recommend.
