The good: salesperson went above and beyond when we were looking at the vehicle we ended up buying, we got a good price on a used VW, car was cleaned perfectly when I picked it up, Evan in finance was wonderful to deal with.

The not so good: we were disappointed that the car only came with 1/4 tank of gas when we picked it up after buying it, apparently that is their standard with buying a CPO vehicle? Also, the free oil change we were told we would be given was actually just the oil change they did a month before we even looked at the car on their lot (as per the sales manager), not super impressed with that side of the dealership but we have yet to have a 10/10 experience at any dealership we have bought vehicles from, also the sales managers tried to add in extra fees/admin fees to our sale that aren t actually mandatory and that was really annoying to have to ask them to remove
