I'm having an awful experience with Mercedes Grand Central after i took my car in for a service. They damaged my ECU connector and they are refusing to take responsibility, instead they are sending me a quote to replace it at my own flipping cost. Everyone do not take your cars to mercedes benz grand central, it will come back in worse condition than before. The best or nothing my foot. They are very rude and condescending, now its my word against their technician who worked on my car.
