Here is part of the letter I sent to the Resort Manager, Didier Belmonte and the Executive Assistant Manager, Christoph Kuch. THEY DID NOT EVEN REPLY.

"This email is to reiterate our disappointment in your resort and the way you dealt with us throughout the whole wedding planning process, arrival process, wedding day, and checking out process. We want to make sure you understand that you ruined our wedding and our honeymoon. The most important times of our lives. We can only imagine what you would do if you had to go through what we did. So for now on and for the rest of our lives, whenever we think back to our wedding and our honeymoon, all we can think about is how your resort ruined it all.

We chose your resort out of many that we visited because of your star rating and the obviously the scenery. We thought we could trust that we would receive 5-star resort service especially since we were injecting thousands of dollars into your resort not just from our wedding but also from the 60 plus guests that flew in from all over the world and would be spending their money there as well. We absolutely did not receive the service we deserved from you. You also stole money from us without any proof... special guests of your 5-star resort that had injected thousands of dollars in your business.

Again, you have ruined our wedding day and our honeymoon. Something we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Imagine if this was you. You really should do something to correct the way your resort handles issues with its guests, for the sake of your business and any of your future guests that may have an event there."

If you read the whole thing, thank you for spending your time. DO NOT let this horrible resort do anything like this to you. There are many other resorts that deserve your money.
