Food was great, service was really slow. After being seated no one came to the table for 15 minutes, didn t bring or offer water. Took another 15 minutes to get a drink and didn t bring water after being asked. Ordered and got our food 50 minutes after first being seated.
Asked for the bill and server didn t bring the debit machine to pay, after watching our server stand and talk with the floor manger we just followed them inside so we could corner them and get out of there. Total time 1 hr 15 minutes to have one drink and one entree for two people.
It wasn t packed the restaurant literally had two tables of people. Deck was not full.
I m used to the serve of The Willow. I will not return.
