Sales dept is creepy, 4-5 people surround your vehicle before you even get out and then bombard you. Already had a deal worked out and went ahead with the purchase despite not wanting to exit my truck. Finance is pushy about warranty and the icing was waiting over 2 months for a license plate without anyone returning my calls to update me. Good thing I didn't have a trade in, who knows how long it takes them to pay those off. I've purchased from Classic before and had a wonderful experience but they are smaller and don't have the same inventory. I'll just order or wait until they have what I want in the future. Not going through this stress again.
