Over all I m pleased- they replaced a defective battery. However, the guy that first took my vehicle left the area without telling anyone what the problem was. My car sat there for an hour unattended in the service port in front of about 15 employees. I finally walked over to another guy and said what s the status of my car. Deer in headlights look? I was informed the other dude went home or to a party without informing his co-workers of the problem with my battery. Once we got it straightened our repair was done quickly.
