I had countless issues with my Fiesta and had been in many times and was told there was nothing wrong with the car. They eventually found the issue and did fix it. Something else came up and again back to the dealership I went dreading the response I would get. I had a new service advisor, Nicole. This girl was awesome. She listened and addressed my concerns and was friendly from the get go. She renewed my faith in the service department! She was also the one that ultimately led me to enquire about into a 2018 Ecosport. I dealt with Kai from sales and he was also phenomenal. He got me into the car I wanted and with the payments I was comfortable with. Thank you both for all your great service!
