ERA is a great real estate company. I live in Connecticut and have used ERA to manage multiple single-family properties I own in Northport Florida for over 10 years. Bill and Diane are the best! They take so much stress out of being an out-of-state property owner and make it down right easy. They pride themselves on their professionalism and quick and honest communication with me and the tenants. They respond quickly to tenant needs and have a great source of maintenance contractors who are readily available, reliable, and reasonably priced. I have and continue to recommend ERA. I respect and enjoyed working with the ERA team. Keep up the good work.
