Marc Cooper's post: The rooms were filthy. We brought that to the attention of the front desk clerk concerning the toothpaste on the spigots and in the sinks, the caked soap in the shower dish, the dust on the blinds, thinking a thorough cleaning would take place. Nothing changed the next day, the dirt, dust, caked soap and toothpaste were still there. After dropping a bracelet on the carpet we noticed under the bed there were two empty water bottles and an empty gatorade bottle with a sundry of caps. I took all of them up to the front desk and all the clerk said was I will bring it to the attention of the manager. That was all! Not sorry, how can we make it right? Our family will never stay there again.
