AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Honestly, one of the worst and most amateur companies I ve ever been a part of.

You ll work long hours for awful pay. Your commission/sales will be docked without notice and without proof. Don t ask where your missing sales are, you won t receive an explanation or evidence. Nothing is documented and all agreements are mostly verbal. You ll have wages deducted should you make any minor mistakes. If you don t agree to these you re threatened with your job and asked to leave. If you challenge any viewpoints, disciplinary procedures begin. This will occur also if you ask for help, don t receive it and verbalise your frustration that your requirements for assistance are not being met. Not one member of staff had been there longer than 3 months. The company has already been investigated due to staff complaints regarding company standards and employee welfare.

To top it off the owner is a narcissist and a racist. These were the first things brought to my attention on day one from many existing staff. This became apparent very quickly.
HR doesn t exist. The supposed HR manager is the owners partner, who isn t at all qualified. Hugely unethical.

This truly is a shambles of a company. They sell dying products which in a few years will be totally obsolete, so it s no surprise that they ll look to squeeze money from you in any way possible and will commit to this without hesitation. The commission structures have been lowered significantly before I started and during. It s their way or no way. Be smart and do NOT apply here. The most honest review is the one prior to this and that was 2 years ago. I m surprised there isn t more. AVOID!!!
