Gavin helped me find my new home in August! He was caring and supportive and found a place that fit my budget and my lifestyle. The Toronto market can be very competitive and Gavin put in a lot of time and effort in order to overcome that competitiveness. On top of all that, he's personable and easy to talk to and therefore knew what was important to me.
