Sent me one billing statement by mail and then sto...

Sent me one billing statement by mail and then stopped sending statements. Now telling me I have a past due balance even though they did not send me any new bills or email bill notifications. Tried multiple times to access my account with new passwords they sent twice but still been unable to access my account. Poor customer service, online services, and billing services.
