Bought my 2018 4runner from these guys. The sales guy was nice. Went out in -0 weather to get the 4runner for me to look at. Did not feel pressured to buy. Answered all my questions and fixed some issues I had with my bank's financing. Never pressured me to go though Toyota financing. Have not been to the service department yet
