Worst customer experience ever, staff are complete...

Worst customer experience ever, staff are completely inexperienced and unskilled. i hope they have high school diploma.
I've seen this location has 2.6 rating, but i think even 1 is above their level. Don't Mclaren have mangers to review these bad reviews and ask them self what are they doing wrong? Or just driven by the staff and how they handle things?
