If you want to go buy a car, expecting to be treated as a number on a board and not a human, this is the place for you. I purchased a vehicle through them recently and it had squeaky brakes. I took it in and spoke with Bobby Gosal. He said it would be looked at and taken care of. The service guys said they didn't hear anything so they ignored the problem. 2 weeks later and the brakes have still been squeaky. Called back and I was just told "nothing was promised, I just told you they would look at the car for you" I want to know why I took 3 hours out of my day if nothing was done besides a crappy job cleaning the car (window stickers still had residue and it was grimy). I highly reccomend going to a different Honda store.
