I cannot say enough nice things about Nordstrom. Every time that I have made a purchase, I receive a hand-written "thank you" note from the sales associate. From time to time, I will receive a follow-up phone call to ensure my satisfaction or notification of an upcoming sale. When I pay for my items, they always use my name. As far as the quality of merchandise, it is top-notch in every department. I love the selection of perfume and cosmetics. Don't even get me started on the shoe department. The shoe department is full of beautifully crafted shoes from casual to elegant. My husband even loves Nordstrom, too.
