I absolutely hate the Westin on canal street!!!!!!...

I absolutely hate the Westin on canal street!!!!!! We had made reservations months ago and we arrive for check in and they told us they had over booked by 40 rooms. How do you over book by 40 rooms???? This is unacceptable!!!! Everyone trying to check in was basically told to leave and one gentleman was trying to talk and explain his concerns with manager and the manager was very rude and called security. The manager needs to be fired immediately!!!!!! He wouldn t even come out and talk to us. We had to drive over a hour away to get a room. My vacation is ruined!!!!! Please fire the manager!!!!!!!!!!! He is a joke!!!!!!!!! I will never stay at a Westin/ Marriott hotel ever again!!!!!! I m done!!!!!! #westinneworleans. #westinneworleanssucks
