Most banks will first ask if there is a need for a loan, and hang up on the phone when it is not needed. Citi's customer service staff called to ask if a loan was needed. I picked up the phone and talked about it all the time. I was busy, and I was polite to return three times. I did n t need this, but I was hung up. It was really bad!
