Extremely upset. I owed money to a creditor that levy & associates bought and i actually paid them in full 3 months ago and was supposed to receive a letter of satisfactory saying my debt was paid and still havent received it. As a matter of fact I have called multiple times and nobody answered so I left several messages and haven't gotten one phone call back. Unprofessional
