Please note most of the time whenever, I go to pay my utility bills at Faysal Bank Saba Commercial Street Karachi, Pakistan the particular teller at the cash counter says that the system is down and cannot take the utility bills.
And today 6th instant at 15:00 hrs when I went to pay my sui gas bill the teller said the system is down. But then he received the sui gas bill from the next gentle man standing behind me.
I wonder, if you kindly explain technically how he was able to make the system up for that gentle man.
