I have contacted Toyota Carlsbad about the "Try Before You Buy" Rental program they advertise on their website pretty heavily. It's a farce! On my first call from them, I stated what my intention was for renting a Highlander for a weekend to evaluate it for possible purchase, but was informed that I could only rent from them if I was having my car serviced there. Guess I'll just replace my Pilot with a new Pilot.
