What can I say about this incompetent company.

Debt collection concerns Parkmobile from 2019, no reminder letter to pay the amount that I did not know was open but still demand 40 euros collection costs?

Mailed several times unfortunately it only concerns copy / paste messages and they do not come with an actual argument why I should pay those 40 euros. They just keep sending letters.

Unfortunately parkmobile throws it on CIB that it is with them, well I am done with it you can not prove that I have received a reminder letter then I will see you in court if you want that 40 euros, and there it will be must also be able to demonstrate it.

CIB learn the legal rules:
The customer / debtor however you want to call it must have had a letter with a payment term of 14 days, if you can not demonstrate this, you have no leg to stand on.
