I am so impressed with the customer service I receive with Jon Wayne! Normally when a company gives you a time frame, we are all expecting them to come out at the very last minute...not with this company! Each time they were here early on during that time frame. The techs are always so kind and explain the process of what is going on. Our home was not cooling properly and Jose S ((#1819))came to help us out this morning! I had several questions and he answered so that I was able to understand. He was kind, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable! Thank you Jon Wayne and Jose S. We will definitely be calling you all again when we need help in this Texas heat!
