Mr. Tom Rodriguez arrived on time, explained the work he was going to do and how long it would approximately require, and then he got to work. I did my best to stay out of his way and allow him to work and everything went great. He explained everything that he did and pointed out the areas that I should consider for cleaning and possible repair and gave me the option to contact the company whenever I was ready for the correction. thanks so much to Jon Wayne for providing years of excellent service to our house; we appreciate you and thank you again for having Tom come out today.
