They are crooks! Flee!

They are crooks! Flee!
They came to install their famous boxx tablet which acts as a thermostat when it was 27 degrees. Result, from the first cold days, nothing works, no heating, we may have called, they do not send anyone to repair.
In addition the boxx was installed with a deplorable amateurism! Electric wires flared together with transparent sticky paper, electric plug of the sensors placed on the floor in the cellar, and no one from their home takes their responsibilities.
It's scandalous!
