Our salesman was great. He is the best thing about David McDavid. Beware of the finance department trying to push an extended warranty. We had an issue with our certified vehicle day one. During the "certification process" this issue should have easily been caught. We spoke to the service manager and he could not give us a reason as to why this issue was missed. I assume this is because the certification process is a scam! Finally, after washing the vehicle once numerous scratches were revealed that were not obvious upon purchase. Very disappointed!
