I'm being called and hung up on every Saturday when I answer the phone. When I call back, I'm told their office is closed and there's no representatives available to speak to me.
I try to engage with their robot phone system, and am told I have to have my account number from my billing statement. I haven't received any bills!

This is so frustrating. I'm dependent on food pantries, drowning in medical debt, I can't even keep my electricity on, and they're wasting my time like this. I work until 3 am! Let me sleep, at least!
