I didnt have much interaction really. What they do seems awesome, However , how they do that is somewhat a mystery to me.

How to get to the facility to drop off donations and that process left me feeling frustrated and still out of the loop and wondering how it all works. Other than that I am looking forward to trying again and maybe meeting some people there
