Arrived at 5:50 pm, ordered at 6:30 and my dinner ...

Arrived at 5:50 pm, ordered at 6:30 and my dinner was served at 7:30. I ordered the 14 oz. smoked prime rib. It had about 6 ounces of fat (no exaggeration) and was not smoked. The tenderness was average at best. The server was nice enough, but only updated me at 7:15 to tell me my food was not done yet. There was a three man band playing that made it impossible to hear the person next to me and I could not understand what they were playing. The chairs are made of hard wood and sitting on one for two hours was uncomfortable. We were seated near the fryers and the breeze from the back door blew the smell of over-used old oil through our area. Maybe if a person was buzzed from drinking beer the bar food would taste good?
