Got a PCN through the post. For parking in a space, for which I had paid for. Contacted them to be told that if I don't pay they'll goto court. Well I'll see you in court then, I have the receipt for my parking session which covers the time I was in the car park. MODERN DAY HIGHWAY MEN. Thieving scum, get a life and stop preying on normal hard working people.
