These guys are great! I am a straight shooter yall. I am a difficult person to deal with. I have no filter and you either like me or hate me. My father has been extensively searching the internet for a BMW 5 series or MB E-Class. We had been to several dealers in the are and none of the cars were as they were depicted on the ads. Enter NAW. The car was 100% exactly as described. Brent was upfront with an issue they were diagnosing, presenting 100% transparency on the deal. This was at closing. I told Brent that my father would like the car and I would go pick him up ASAP. Brent graciously waited for me to drive to Maryville and return, then test drive the car, and also explain the diagnosis and that NAW would ensure the car was 100% upon delivery. We left a very fair deposit to ensure we would purchase the car upon repair. These people operate differently. There is no hassle, there is no cover up, they allow all the time you want to look the car over. I will be back again.
