The worst on line service ever!!
People that forget to dispatch the order and are not even responsible enough to be charged of their mistake!!!!I ordered and of course at the same time paid, for goods of 224 euros on April 13.I was in addition charged with the fee of 12 euros as delivery cost.On May 2 (3 weeks later....), I hadn't still received anything and wrote them to ask...They answered me apologising that they would dispatch immediately...As I 'm still waiting, I contacted them once more and they answered me that the pack was dispatched on May 8 using the ordinary post...!!!!What a customer service....!!!They are not even responsible enough to be charged 10 more euros in order to dispatch using a next day delivery courier....
