Just had a root canal today with Dr. Jenny He. From start to finish everything was stellar. The attitude of office staff/assistants are always important to me. Sometimes more time is spent dealing with them in a doctors office. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and courteous. Gabby, Dr. He s office assistant was very helpful in booking my appointment and made sure I had all the paperwork I needed before I left - very thorough! Denise, the Dental Assistant was very kind and personable. She had everything up and ready to go for Dr. He.
Dr. He was wonderful. She explained everything, gives great shots-barely felt anything and made sure I left feeling ok with what to expect post-procedure.
If you re putting off getting that root canal done, get in to see Dr. He. You ll not only be glad you got it done, but you will have found the endodontist to stay with!!
